I contacted John Stewart with LMS Power Washing to clean a rental house that we are getting ready to sell. He came out and did an amazing job on the house, garage, patio and walkways. The house looks brand new! John went above and beyond expectations and was great to work with. In talking with him he let me know that they do other work as well including interior paint... of which the entire inside needed a fresh coat. In two days time he had the entire inside of the house painted, and it all looks amazing. I highly recommend John and LMS for any of your power washing needs plus more.

Did a great job with power washing my house and my neighbor's house. They pain special attention to the gutters and windows where dirt accumulates and brushed it clean. They applied a spot free rinse to the windows and washed my patio and retaining wall. Pricing was very competitive and well worth it!
